Hi I have spent £4500.00 for roof repair in January but as soon as the rain came it is leaking again. I have emailed and rang the builders with no response meanwhile my carpet is getting wet

Hired the team in December to replace my roof as my bedroom was leaking whenever it rained heavily. Job was done for GBP 11k but leakage issues persisted two months later. Have spent significant time calling and emailing the company for them to honor the guarantee and come fix the leakage. For several months we agreed verbally on time slots for the team to come and repair the roof (I even asked my neighbors to grant them access to avoid hiring a cherry picker), but they never came. Not trustworthy.
We had A leak on our flat roofs, we called in professional roofing specialists.They've done an excellent job.We would recommend this company as time keeping.And cleanliness and all out good workmanship
