A year and a half later I found out that they haven't completed the work as they should have and I have contacted them several times by text call WhatsApp and email with no response. I have paid a substantial amount of money and extremely disappointed with the quality and level of service I have received. . .
Hired the team in December to replace my roof as my bedroom was leaking whenever it rained heavily. Job was done for GBP 11k but leakage issues persisted two months later. Have spent significant time calling and emailing the company for them to honor the guarantee and come fix the leakage. For several months we agreed verbally on time slots for the team to come and repair the roof (I even asked my neighbors to grant them access to avoid hiring a cherry picker), but they never came. Not trustworthy.
