2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24

Although Billy was quick to come and do an initial fix, I was told that any issue with the fix they would come back and sort it out. Although initially it looked like the roof no longer leaked, when the rain became heavy it was evident that the leak was still an issue. Billy charged 3 times what another quote was but he was confident that he'd know how to fix it and gave a 5 year guarantee. Billy did not come back for 3 weeks and has still not sent anyone to fully fix the roof so I have to give a 1 star.
