Employed these workmen to supply and fit a window, seems very nice and helpfull, with a guarantee to fix a condensation problem. I have raised complaints with them after first day of fitting and I have been totally ignored and charged an extra £150 to fix a problem on a different window. he did not do the work but he took the money. I would not recommend and I think that Rated People should be held responsible, as workman are employed because they have come through on the Rated People website. Rip off.

Mark did an excellent job, he was great at communicating and was the only bidder to provide me with a range of options and prices to solve my Fencing issues and he offered a guarantee. Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance
