When I posted my floor tiling job Peter responded quickly. He is reliable, hard working, a skilled craftsmen and perfectionist taking great pride in his work. Nothing is too much trouble and all the work has been completed to a very high standard. He is very clean and tidy and was on hand to give advice on other projects around the house. Took on Super Mario to paint front door navy blue surroundings white. Unfortunately he painted everything navy blue. I pointed out his error so he over painted the navy with white. The first coat was obviously not properly dry so the result is a disaster. He promised to rectify the problem but had failed to appear. I will now have to employ another painter to sort the job......... but not from Rated People

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

sent son to do the work and was obviously not qualified. refused to pay for job and his father had to come out and redo the work but was still not 100% happy Would not recommend him to anybody
Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended
