A great job by Lee and the team. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to just a shower only (from bath/shower) but the final result looks great. Lee and the guys were really professional and approachable, happy to accommodate some last minute additions we wanted (spot lights and LED cabinet fitting). I particularly liked Lee's spreadsheet of charges he provided, made it really transparent at each stage of payment so no there are no surprises. Definitely will use LV Construction again.

He worked with other specialists in a constructive way and he is clearly a team worker. Highly recommended. An excellent person to do the bathroom refurbishment. He is reliable with timing for the quotation and for each day of the work. The quality of attention to detail is above the norm and there is no skimping.

Eduart, and his charming wife, were accommodating, punctual, personable and professional. Having sourced and collected my replacement radiator he did a great job installing it. My old system threw up a few tricky problems, none of which fazed him and all of which were tackled with skill, determination and patience. Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly.
