Hi, my name is Sheridan – new to Ratedpeople and would like to get more reviews. Friendly approach with clients to fulfil all their work. Involved in all aspects of building. We provide a quick turnaround on quotes at competitive rates. We always keep a clean and tidy site. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.
Started in building Sept 2016. Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work – so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds.
My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didn’t have the skills for.
Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating.
I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) – but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

Not real sure why Mr Strange only gave 1 star. I provide a detailled quotation but he didn't come back to me with any queries. Very Strange why he gave me 1 star ?? When I rang him he just said they are going through his insurance !!

Wall Tiling
Really pleased with the overall quality of work. Sheridan identified some faulty plumbing that he corrected for me. He prides himself in doing a professional job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him …. Have tea and cookies ready ????
Laminate Flooring
Sheridan quoted us on the Tuesday, started the job on Wednesday and we were all done by Thursday morning. Top work, really communicative throughout the process, five stars all round. Our bathroom floor is now an 8th wonder of the world (well our world!) thanks to Sheridan. Would definitely call upon his services again!
