Work has not been completed. Hot water not coming out of ensuite shower. Not receiveing responses to my messages. My tenants have also tried to reach out to him. Still waiting for receipt of payments made. Hired Tom to replace 2 shower broken pumps and to replace loose tiles in the main bathroom. The work was done quickly. Water was not coming out consitently after first fix in one shower and the new pump had to be replaced, extra cost to me. Now no hot water after 2nd pump installation.
Job done quickly and well. Recommend.
