Very professional and flexible to our time frame. We felt confident from the beginning that Tomlinson Services would meet our requirements. There was a slight problem during the installation but Tomlinson Services made an extra site visit on a weekend to resolve it at no extra charge. Brendon the electrician was friendly, easy to work with and saved us money by using his contacts to source a light fitting and fan. We would definatley recommend and use Tomlinson Services again!

My name is Ian Stewart and I have been a self employed tiler for the last 12 years. My specialities are in Travertine, and reproduction Victorian floors. However I am more than happy to tile floors, bathrooms, kitchens and conservatories and am an approved fitter of warmup undertile heating.
Ian is reliable, honest, well mannered and completed a good tiling job. I've given 4 out of 5 stars for workmanship as I've not used the shower yet (need to put the shower door on) but I'm sure it will be OK. I would be happy to hire him again.

Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.
I had 4 light fittings installed and one of those were moved. Also a electric plug socket moved. I'm was really impressed by the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Paul. I will be using his services again. Very reasonably priced, on time and cleaned up well.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. Kevin spent three days at my house installing new kitchen worktopsincluding plumbing in the kitchen sink. He also installed two new radiators in difficult locations and fitted a new water tank in the loft. He is freindly, very reliable, polite and always ready to offer advice. His work is first class, he checked all was working before leaving. I would definitley recommend him and I will use him again.
