Criss attended as scheduled and advised to change the lock after inspecting it. He said that he could come next day to fit the lock but we couldn't make it. I asked him to come on Monday but he said he would be on holiday for 1 week. Then I arranged with him to come after his return. But he failed to contact me even after 2.5 weeks. I contacted him no response. So I published the job again. Then he contacted me today to get the new lock fitted and he completed the job. I am happy with the job.

Unfortunately he had a problem with his car and forgot to let me know. After reorganizing he did install the blind which took half an hour. I then cleaned the drill dust up and finger prints on the new blind but at least the job is now done thank you
