Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes
Despite Tomas doing a reasonable job of everything, such as attaching new shower panels, he did not finish the job. He started just before Christmas but cut one of the shower panels a little too short, which left a gap. He assured me that he would return in the new year to rectify the problem. Despite my messages sent to him and his assurance several times that he would return, he has not yet, and has not offered an explanation as to why not. I have unfortunately already paid him in full.
