Allan called within an hour of job being posted for leak to toilet and did the work that morning when I was back home. He knew what problem was straight away, went out and got the parts and fixed all in less than an hour. Would recommend and will definitely call him next time I need anything doing.

Allan came initially and thought it was a fat build up as there was a lot of fat in the pipes, which did not solve the problem, but returned and solved the slow leak which was in the hot water pipe at the back of the sink unit, which was difficult to get to, but was very kind and didn't charge any more for the extra trip - I will call him again for any jobs I need doing and will recommend him to my family and work colleagues
