Hi there, my names Craig I’ve been Plumbing since leaving school in 2000. I hold advanced NVQ level 3 in Plumbing, Heating & design and was first corgi registered back in 2005. With the change from corgi to gas safe I’m now up to date with the gas safe register for Domestic Natural gas supplemented with LPG, Butane gas for both permanent dwellings, Residential Park homes (RPH) and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles (LAV) Plus also for the Plumbing side of what I cover I have the Qualification for vented and unvented Hot water storage systems (UHW10)

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.
