Richard didn't turn up. On the day of the job he messaged to say he'd be late but would be with us in the morning. In the afternoon when I contacted him he said he wouldn't come because I hadn't replied to his message. Furthermore he was now at another job. I pointed out that he had not asked for a reply to his message and had said "I will still be with you this morning". Apparently it was still my fault that he didn't turn up. Very disappointing after my wife waited in all morning. Would not recommend.

Richard arrived promptly, assessed the situation, collected the parts and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Top service and a very friendly bloke. Would definitely recommend him for future plumbing jobs.
