Bill and his team were punctual, talked through exactly what they would do and provided a good quote. Job was done to a good standard and they dealt with my 87 year old mum really well too. Turned up, took some measurements, told us to select gravel type and visit local builder's yard which we did. Upon contacting again, said he'd re-visit at 7:30, failed to turn up, ignored phone calls, never heard from him since, completely unprofessional.

Derek came out to see me but didn’t have any real clue about drainage. He just asked me if I wanted artificial grass which I advised him I didn’t. He told me when he lays real grass his gardens are terrible in a couple of years time, He didn’t appear to know what to say to me and advised he should have brought his friend who deals with drainage with him. He took my drawing and said he would have a think about it and get back to me which he never did! I would not have hired him anyway.
