As reported by other customers, Sam came to my house and spent a considerable time measuring the fence to be painted, discussing paint colours etc. He promised that his quote would be submitted the same evening. Three days have now passed and, despite me messaging him again, I have heard no more from him. I just don't understand why, if he didn't want to do the job, he didn't just say so. I feel that he has wasted his own time and mine.
