Initially (James) contacted, and we set a date and time. When the day came, James gave me a time slot. On arrival, I'd cleared my clutter to give him clear access. The lad was very polite and professional. After James had left you wouldn't know he'd been.
Hi, I've been qualified in the plumbing and heating industry for 15 years, working largely in the domestic sector. I love all aspects of plumbing from a simple Tap Washer replacement to a full install of a Central Heating System. I pride myself on customer service, reliability and sensible pricing!
I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
Quick response and diagnosis of the problem. completed the replacement boiler fixing within a day and returned to sort out difficulties I had with the thermostat, when requested, very promptly.
