We have been a family run business for the past 25 years. We do all aspects of work on your house and garden with a very high standers . We have a 24hr call out service. NO JOB TO BIG NO JOB TO SMALL
They haven’t cleared all the shrubs after cutting the trees and bushes. Said will come next day to clear it. Upon calling them, gave me some reason for not coming and will come after two days. With full payment done for their job, not sure when it be cleared. I am the one who have to follow up with them now.
We are an established company (although new to Rated People) we have been specialising in garden land scaping and fencing projects for over 10 years and in that time we have carried out numerous successful projects for many happy clients. Honesty, integrity and value for money is what we believe is our key quality.
In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.
Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. Stayed late to finish off plastering inside the house, which was a great help as we didn't need to find a second tradesman to do this. Altogether I would certainly recommend Star Roofing.
