Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

Was available at short notice. Was flexible in adopting a modified solution approach. Charged £710 for about 30 minutes work (including scaffolding) - seems a very high price for the actual amount of work involved.
Jet washed front and back of roof. Both come out looking brand new. Also repaired our chimney with new lead step flashings/front apron. Couldn’t be more pleased with how it went from start to finish. Very professional throughout.
