Rated People is now part of Checkatrade Group

If you've posted a job on Rated People, you'll know how it works: describe what needs doing, get quotes back, pick someone based on how other homeowners rate them. That's not changing. What's changing is the size of the network behind it.
Checkatrade Group, home of the UK's largest trade platform, has completed the acquisition of selected Rated People assets, including the brand and website. That means every job posted on Rated People will now be matched with a tradesperson from Checkatrade's network – one of the largest pools of trade professionals in the UK.
Why this matters for homeowners
Simply post your job the same way you always have, and it'll be answered by Checkatrade's tradespeople. In practice, that means more choice and more trades.
What happens next
There's nothing more you need to do. If you're a homeowner, keep posting jobs as normal. If you posted a job before Rated People became part of Checkatrade Group (pre-18 September) you will need to submit it here.
