Started promptly but the job, expected to take just over a week, dragged on for over 6 weeks with repeated delays and requests for additional interim payments. Communication became poor and the work was left incomplete. I eventually had to hire another contractor to finish it, costing me an extra £1,450. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices.
