Can I pay my outstanding balance using my credit?

Your Rated People credit cannot be used to pay an overdue balance. Credit does not have a monetary value and can only be used to purchase leads on the platform.

If you have an outstanding balance on your account, this will need to be paid using a valid payment method linked to your account.

If you feel that your current membership plan is not suitable for your business, you can ask our chatbot to raise a membership change request with the support team. Please note that any membership changes require at least 7 days’ notice before your billing date to ensure they can be processed in time.
