How can I withdraw my job post?
Closing your job means it will no longer be live on our platform. However, any tradespeople who have already expressed interest may still contact you regarding your job, so we recommend letting them know if your circumstances have changed.
Closing your job does not prevent you from leaving a rating for a tradesperson you hire. You will also still be able to view their profile and contact details.
To close your job, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account
- If you’re using the app, select the ‘Jobs’ section at the bottom of your screen. For website users, select ‘My Jobs’ from the top of the page
- Choose the job you want to close and click ‘Close job’
