What happens after I’ve posted a job?
After you post your job, it is shared with relevant tradespeople in your area and chosen trade. Interested tradespeople pay to access your contact details and quote for your job.
To keep things competitive and protect your information, a maximum of three tradespeople can access your details, meaning you can receive up to three quotes.
You’ll receive notifications via email and the app each time a tradesperson expresses interest, including their details and ratings.
Once a tradesperson is interested, they may contact you by phone, text, email, Rated People chat, or WhatsApp if no preferred contact method has been specified.
To access Rated People chat, you’ll need to log into your account. An account is automatically created when you post a job, linked to the email address you used. If this is your first job and you didn’t set a password, simply select “I don’t know my password” on the login page to set one.
