Why have I been asked to contact the tradesperson?
After a tradesperson expresses interest in quoting on your job, they’ll be able to chat with you via the website or app, and they’ll also get your contact details. If the tradesperson hasn’t been able to contact you, we’ll send you a message asking you to try contacting the tradesperson directly yourself.
Our tradespeople pay for the opportunity to quote on your job, so we ask that you please ensure that you allow them to do so.
