The restyling of the garden was discussed and planned. Garden slabbing front and back and back fence of a good standard. Front wall was built and then waited several months for railings which then had to get someone else to do; at much greater cost as front wall was found to be very poorly built, and dangerous as fell down with very little pressure applied. No response to email or message regarding this. Disappointing as feel was more than accommodating when garden work being done

Garry and his team have just completed a job on a bedroom that needed sorting due to damp issues. I had damaged plaster removed and insulated boards fitted and plastered over and a new radiator installed. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
