All that I can say is that their work was adequate (just). They worked hard but they were disorganised and the quality of their work was not great. We had to lend them a ladder (which they subsequently bought), a tape measure and a saw; the usual things that a builder would have with them.

Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there!
