Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was ok with Plumber,seemed knowledgeable. the only job requir’d was adjust toilet pipe no parts required. What I was v unhappy with when the company 1st contacted me. I made it clear as to how much I expected to be charged. I was told I would be charged £75 per hour + any parts. No parts required. Chap was here for 30 mins. I was disappointed to be charged £90 which I queried to be told there is an investigation charge. Not clarified despite my initial questions.i also found text replies rather abrupt.

Brilliant! Communication and attention to detail was outstanding all the way through. Zoltan and Tabita are lovely people too. They asked lots of questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted. They come across as highly professional and take pride in their work. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
