Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. Gurpreet fixed two steamed up windows where the seal broke. It was originally for 1 but the quote was excellent and offered the second for a small amount. Excellent work. Great price. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
