Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!
