Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work.
