Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry

The dishwasher was fitted very neatly, and the kitchen unit was adjusted to a high standard. A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. The adjustment blended seamlessly with the original kitchen cabinets, maintaining the overall look of the kitchen.

Did a good professional and efficient installation. Communication was a bit slow, it took a while to get the job booked in, I appreciate as it was a small job it was fitted in around other commitments. I’m sure that’s something that can be improved upon and I’d definitely consider using again.
