Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I must also commend Marc on how he has handled issues with our kitchen supplier B&Q which were unrelated to him he has been very flexible to work with us when we encountered unexpected issues during and after the kitchen fitting. Marc has waited patiently despite B&Q supplying the wrong product on numerous occasions. After his second visit to complete, the wrong product had been sent. We offered to pay Marc his final 10%, as through no fault of his he was unable to finish, but refused to accept it.
