Mo came to view the room, gave a fixed price for labour and an estimate for materials, with an agreed 10% tolerance. Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation

Daniel repaired and replaced my kitchen floor, levelling it, replacing rotten joists and floorboards, and flooring with new laminate flooring. We hired Sergiu for a bathroom refurbishment. He was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. We had an issue with the shower no fault of Sergiu. I called him within 24 hours he came resolved the issue and didn’t change even though it was Sunday. Highly Recommend
