It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. Very professional, covered the carpets and flooring , tidied up everything and did a fantastic job on replacing the floor tiles and shower tray in our bathroom. After a few delays (weather and sickness) the job was well completed. Only disappointment was bags of rubbish left at top of garden. Would have paid to have them removed but wasn’t a discussion.

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
