Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. No rating for this guy. Seriously useless. Doesnt provide quote, takes 2hrs to finish job that could be done in 1hr. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. Do had to change it..at much cheaper cost.Avoid "Manny!
Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.

Hi , I'm Mark, from MS Interiors. I've been working in the building industry for over 35 years! On leaving school ,I went into a bricklaying apprenticeship, but after three English winter's I decided to find a trade indoors so I got a job on the council, working for Woolwich, Bexley, and then Meadway, where I learned all the skills needed to renovate house, fitting kitchens, bathrooms, hanging doors, plastering, etc. Then came contracts with MFI, Wickes, and B&Q, where I stayed for five years and fitted 200 kitchens and bathrooms! I've worked for local kitchen and bathroom companies and have been working independently on my own now for the last three years doing small renovation work, like building rooms in corners of bedrooms to give the client a enuit , decorating, internal wall removal, flooring , building wardrobes/cabinets / madia walls etc , but predominantly bathrooms!! I really couldn't put a figure on how many bathrooms I've fitted in my working life but it would be in the region of 350 , so I do feel confident in my knowledge and skills as a fitter . I pride myself on my tiling, always trying to strive for perfection as this is what the client sees ! Not that I cut corners anywhere else, using only copper pipe and fittings, and no push fit fittings because that is not plumbing, in my opinion! Many thanks for your time. Mark.

A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Adam came and fitted out downstairs bathroom this week and he has done a wonderful job. Checked in with us about different options we had for silicone colours, helped us with the best aqua panels and fitted them, as well as being super patient when our panels arrived broken. He was calm, knew what he was doing and just overall done a perfect job. Would highly recommend and will be contacting him again to complete our upstairs bathroom renovation in the future.
