I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. Could see he lacks common sense.Then says his company /boss chargeouy fee is £xx, when he works for himself. Breaks the toilet while fixing it, denies blame. We made a mistake by hiring Plumb Monkey for this job. The cost of the job doubled as soon as our old bathroom unit had been removed and the standard of their work leaves a lot to be desired. The shower unit leaks, the sink taps were not installed properly, the silicone beading was done very poorly, the toilet wobbles, the tile grout cracked within two weeks of them leaving the job. Basic errors were made on the first fix which needed to be remediated. Nice enough guys but not very skilled plumbers/bathroom

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

The service was excellent. Artur came the day after I posted the job (the Friday), and true to his word, he and his team started the job on the Monday. The work was of excellent quality. They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality.
