Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Chris did a good job at first, he was professional and left the job clean and tidy. However, once the tap came loose a few months later, he ignored my messages. It appears there is no guarantee with his work.
