Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I hired CFL joinery to install a TV wall bracket. He was quick to respond to my job and was very polite. I arranged further works for him to install interior doors. He took care of everything from providing all the equipment needed, collecting the TV bracket, the doors, handles and hinges and got straight to work fitting everything. Absolute con!! Already had a quote before The Local Plumber called. Told me it was £82.50 + VAT an hour as an emergency call out. I said it was not an emergency call out and that the job could wait so asked for that price bracket. Told me that would be £62.50+VAT an hour. This was cheaper than the previous quote. He told me that they had a plumber in the area today so could do it at that rate today anyway. I agreed to this. Plumber arrived - completed job in 21 minutes. Charged £150. UNTRUSTWORTHY!

I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.
