Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. By January 2026, experience taught me that it is always better to get a quote on the whole project rather than a daily rate. Many aspects to the job incorrect - a very expensive lesson learned.
