Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Converted an old gravity-fed conventional boiler system to a combi boiler system, did an excellent job, continued working until the water could be re-connected on the first day so that we wouldn't be without overnight, left the property in a tidy manner and were very thoughtful of having minimal impact on our home (e.g. protecting carpets, new pipe placements). Very pleased and would hire again.
