Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Paid him a deposit to cover materials.Arranged date to start the work but he kept rearranging it. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts before finally blocking me. Work never got done and refused to return deposit. Gave 1 star because unable to give zero stars. I wouldn't recommend him.
