Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy!
