Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. They were always open to listen and kept in touch with me daily, worked to my schedule and finished the job on time full house refurbishment outside roof walls, windows doors and patio in two weeks. Andrew came promptly ready to fix my toilet Syphon which broke. He got the job done despite the fact the nuts and bolts at the bottom rusted away to the point they couldn't even be handled with any tools. I saw him go at the bolts and nuts for a good 20 minutes as he was so persistent to get them out and put in new ones... And of course he succeeded. Also when I thought there was a leak (there wasn't a leak at all) he kept in contact offering to come back and fix the leak. 5/5 for sure

Paddy was amazing. Really listened to what we wanted and came up with creative ideas himself. He is multi-skilled, able to do carpentry, fit new lights and an electric oven, fit a glass splashback, paint. The list goes on. We can't recommend him highly enough
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Not reliable as the appointment changed many times in short notice. The person arrived with no tools due to many issues and had to complete the work in a second appointment . Not recommended.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
