Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I also spoke to Phillip on the phone who was due to send a quote through the same day, as well as call to my home the next day, however, he never sent any quote through and also never contacted me to arrange a time to call round.

He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
