Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets.
