We provide high-quality, reliable trades for domestic and light commercial projects — from decking, fencing and turfing to plastering, internal redecoration, radiator installation and drainage works (including sump pump installation and CCTV drain surveys). Our approach is practical and safety-first: every job is planned with site-specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), COSHH control where required, and a clear sequence-of-works so clients and auditors always know how a job will progress. We operate with experienced operatives and sub-contractors who hold the appropriate qualifications and tickets (CSCS, CPCS for plant, PASMA/IPAF where required, and registered Gas engineers for any gas work). All works are carried out under our management and are covered by full public liability and employers’ liability insurance. We pride ourselves on clear communication, on-time completion and tidy handovers. Every project includes photographic records, competency evidence and sign-off documentation so clients receive a full audit trail. The most patient craftsman I’ve ever hired. Sydney completed my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms to a flawless standard. He is exceptionally trustworthy and methodical. He was so patient when I changed my mind on the wall panels, and even dismantled a door frame to get the bath in without a second thought. Nothing phases him and his pricing is transparent. A hardworking, calm professional who I cannot recommend enough.
