Cezar and his son Gabriel couldn’t be more helpful - originally came to fit a bath which was done promptly and all is in great working order, leaving everything clean afterwards. He’s since been back to remove an old sink from our spare bedroom, repair the wall and fixed an outside door. Cezar is really friendly, efficient, affordable and nothing is too much. Initially felt Mervyn was great - quick to respond, worked quick, tidy and very personable. Unfortunately quickly after works were paid & completed we encountered problems with a toilet he installed and unfortunately it seems he does not stand by his work. Looking back at other reviews I can see this is a trend as he fails to respond . Disappointing as we had been highly recommending him and was considering him for other jobs but now have to pay another tradesman to fix his work.

Tradesman came out to give a quote. Was advised I would be contacted by a painter about the staircase, I never heard from him. Contacted tradesman again, arranged a time in advance to complete job quoted for. Tradesman didn't come back to confirm, job not done.
