I did not actually go ahead with this job. After speaking to this tradesman he helped me understand that by specifying aluminium or steel roofing I was grossly over complicating the job and he gave me advice on the best materials, the source and how to go about it myself. As a result I managed to do the job myself and I though this is pretty good service giving me the knowledge to do it myself and doing himself out of a job. An honest man. Thanks.
