Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

My old decking was crumbling away underneath, and boy was it bad when all was exposed. Andy and Stevie worked hard and took great care clearing the area. The new decking is fantastic, solid as a rock. We will be be coating it with wood oil in the next few days as Andy recommended. We got a detailed quote which was under our budget and well worth it.
