Hi, I'm new to Rated People but have over fifteen years of experience renovating and repairing flats, houses and art galleries. I'm also a specialist art installer having worked in museums, galleries and private houses. Through these jobs I have picked up many carpentry, painting, repairing and designing skills than can tackle most commercial and home renovation jobs. I am not a qualified plumber, electrician or locksmith but I do have plenty of experience in all these areas and can often advise on how to proceed or do the work. I am based in, surprise, surprise! Highgate and I'm focusing on working in North London. I have a van with a comprehensive set of tools needed for most jobs but I will need parking, the parking fee is not included in the service. I charge £40 per hour, minimum 2 hours. My 8-hour day rate is £300. I only require payment if you are 100% happy with the service. Let's get it done!
